What is Call Tracking?

TheyCalled is a comprehensive call monitoring and recording software that captures the media source, time of the call, who called, callers address and a recording of the call for quality assurance and staff training.

How Does It Work?

  1. We provide you with national toll-free numbers that you can insert into every advertising campaign you wish to track. Calls can ring to any number you choose and you don't need to change your existing phone numbers or telephone service.
  2. After you have published our toll-free tracking numbers into your advertisements, inbound calls are routed through our call tracking and reporting software, where we pinpoint the ad source, time and date of call, callers name, address, telephone number (even blocked and restricted calls), plus the duration of the call and the call results (answered, busy, dropped call, etc.). TheyCalled reporting tool also captures all unanswered calls so you can respond to and recapture any and all potential leads.
  3. TheyCalled digitally records all incoming calls and stores them for up to 90 days, you also receive up to 8 hours of permanent archived digital recordings. Call recordings are a powerful tool for sales and staff training. All recordings can be saved to your hard drive.
